GroupWise ClearPAB - address book clearing utility

There is Dave's new administrative tool that can clear the Frequent Contacts Book for some or all of your users through an executable. Available functions include:

• Clear the Frequent Contacts Book
• Allow Users to choose other books to clear

The program allows you to clear the FCB by three methods:

• Show a dialog with the FCB pre-selected for clearning, and allow the user to accept, decine, or add other books to clear
• Clear the FCB and give the user a notice that this has been done
• Clear the FCB with no user intervention or notification*

*These options assume that the user is either currently logged into GroupWise or has the ‘No password required with NDS’ option set. As the program has to log in as the user, then it may happen that the normal GroupWise password dialogue appears as the program attempts to log in.

Just put the executable in a location with public read rights, and place it in the login script, or send as a NAL force-run application.
