Here is a bit of information on our ordering process:
The order process proceeds as follows:
- You can pay for orders either directly via credit card, or via Paypal.
- If you have received a "promotional discount link" the discount will not be shown until your final checkout screen.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a pop-up that allows you to download your products. If you block popups in your browser you will still be able to downlod your product when an automated email is sent to your account that contains download instructions. If you have anti-spam measures in place, you might need to check your quarantined mail for the instructions and/or invoice.
- You should receive two emails - one will be the download instructions and one an itemized invoice.
- If you receive an unexpected "denial" of a credit card, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and in any event within 24 hours. Sometimes the shopping cart does not receive a proper authentication notice from the credit card gateway, and gives an erroneous "denied" error. This seems to happen more often with international orders rather than US orders.
- Our hours are US Mountain Time. Please keep this in mind when you order. We will probably not be able to assist you with ordering problems if it is after 10:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday US Mountain Time. We do monitor the order process on holidays and weekends, but might not be able to answer you immediately.
- For certain programs (for example DocRevue and GWMigrate), license codes and/or files are needed to properly license the product. We make every effort to do this as soon as possible, and try to fulfill all orders within 24 hours. Advansys Formativ orders can take up to 72 hours for license delivery.
- Sometimes things happen! While we appreciate that part of the appeal of our products is immediate delivery, our product delivery commitment is within 24 hours of purchase. While 99% of our customers will receive their orders immediately, and licenses will be generated within minutes, please bear this 24 hour commitment in mind when placing orders of great urgency.
- We can process orders via fax (720-230-4823) for you manually if you choose. Simply please indicate what products you wish to order, credit card information (including name, address, card number and expiration date). We will process the order for you within 24 hours and send you download instructions for your products.
