GroupWise Transfer Folder Utility

Shared folders can be an administrator's headache when the owner of the folder is going to leave the company. Dave has found a way to make our lives a bit easier once again.

The program lets you select a user, then lists any shared folders of which they are the
owner. Then any of the existing sharers can be selected and the program will try to transfer
the shared folder and contents from the old owner to a new owner and reinstate the sharing
list.

A MUST HAVE utility for every GroupWise administrator!

Please note - while your GroupWise System can be GroupWise 6.5, due to a change in client APIs, you currently must use a 6.0 client at the "administrator" computer. The 6.0 client can be obtained in the most recent FTF for GroupWise at support.novell.com. There is some evidence that this product will not work after some upgrades to 6.5.5 due to API changes by Novell. At this point, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness on a GW system 6.5.5 or better.
