We at Caledonia stand behind the quality of our products, and will make every possible effort to resolve any issues you have with products you purchase from us. We provide unlimited technical support on products that we sell, and even occasionally add features during troubleshooting to solve a customer’s problems if it seems like the feature will benefit others.
Because most of our products are downloadable, and most utilities have demo versions (either fully functional time limited demos or demos limited by the number of records that can be tested), we do not offer refunds on products except in the case of technical failure (i.e., pdf does not open, utility crashes or does not perform as designed, etc.).
Please download and test any demo product that we have available before purchasing to ensure that the features and functions you need the most work as you expect.

The order process proceeds as follows:
You can pay for orders either directly via credit card, or via Paypal. We also accept company checks, and will send download links once the check has been received by our office. We also accept purchase orders from selected companies for orders over $150. If you choose to pay via purchase order, please also fax your purchase order to 720-230-4823 or email to email@example.com. We submit all invoices to your purchasing department via email. You will receive your download once your purchase order has been verified. Advansys products require special arrangements for delivery prior to payment.
If you have received a “promotional discount link” the discount will not be shown until your final checkout screen.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a verification that allows you to download your products. This information will also be included in your emailed invoice. You can log into your account by going to http://www.caledonia.net/store at any time to download items that are available to you.
If you receive an unexpected “denial” of a credit card, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and in any event within 24 hours. Sometimes the shopping cart does not receive a proper authentication notice from the credit card gateway, and gives an erroneous “denied” error. This seems to happen more often with international orders than US orders.
Our hours are US Mountain Time. Please keep this in mind when you order. We will probably not be able to assist you with ordering problems if it is after 10:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday US Mountain Time. We do monitor the order process on holidays and weekends, but might not be able to answer you immediately.
Sometimes things happen! While we appreciate that part of the appeal of our products is immediate delivery, our product delivery commitment is within 24 hours of purchase. While 99% of our customers will receive their orders immediately, and licenses will be generated within minutes, please bear this 24 hour commitment in mind when placing orders of great urgency.
We can process orders via fax (720-230-4823) for you manually if you choose. Simply please indicate what products you wish to order, credit card information (including name, address, card number and expiration date). We will process the order for you within 24 hours and send you download instructions for your products.
